The Pheasant Hotel is a family run Hotel with restaurant in the heart of Dalbeattie, an attractive granite town near the Solway Coast. The Pheasant has built up a reputation for its value for money meals and friendly service. The popular public bar serves a wide variety of beers, has darts, pool and jukebox.

Situated on the first floor of the hotel. Entirely non-smoking. Being in a central location is an excellent meeting point for morning coffee. Food is served from 10am until 8pm 7 days a week, offering a choice of menus whatever your taste may be, all good home cooking using where possible the best in local produce. Vegetarians' menus, Childrens' menu, Pensioners' menu, along with our Daily Specials are all additional.

The Public Bar ...

The ground floor public bar is very popular with the locals; the bar offers various brews, Tennant's lager, Velvet and Guinness and a real ale, along with all usual favourites in spirits and a good choice of whiskies. Have a bar meal, watch the football, play pool, darts or dominoes.

Accommodation for Guests ...

With up to eight bedrooms, the hotel can offer accommodation for up to 22 people. The family room can accommodate 3 children and 2 adults. All rooms are en-suite with above average bathroom, with bath and shower in most rooms. All rooms have colour television and tea/coffee making facilities.

The hotel can provide an iron/ironing board, hairdryer, alarm clock, shoe cleaning utensils and a travel cot. Storage for bikes, sports wear etc can be arranged in a secure area with prior notice.
