About Hartfell House...

Hartfell House is situated in a peaceful rural setting in a designated "Outstanding Conservation Area" on the edge of the town of Moffat. It overlooks the surrounding hills, yet is only a few minutes' walk from the attractive town centre. The building is of local stone, and is officially 'Listed' as being of architectural interest, dating from around 1850.

The house has eight spacious bedrooms, a mixture of single, double, twin and family rooms. All rooms have toilet and shower facilities ensuite, and all are equipped with TV, radio alarm, hairdryer, and tea & coffee making facilities. We have a comfortable, spacious lounge commanding beautiful views of the Moffat hills on the first floor.

A full Scottish breakfast is cooked to order and a continental buffet is also provided. Home baked bread, croissants, freshly ground coffee and a selection of speciality teas are on offer to complement the cereals, fruits and fresh juices.

Breakfast is served between 8.00 am and 9.00 am.
