Built in 1863, Rockhill is a large comfortable Victorian house overlooking the local bowling green, tennis courts and Hope-Johnstone Park, one of two parks in Moffat. This friendly and well-established guesthouse is located in a quiet residential avenue and looks out upon the beautiful countryside of the Moffat valley. The amenities of the lovely town of Moffat and its shopping centre are no more than 5 minutes' walk from Rockhill. Beautiful floral displays in Spring and particularly in Summer are well known features of the house.

Single, double/twin and family rooms are all available, all having en-suite shower and toilet facilities or private bathroom, all having colour TV, electric kettle, coffee and tea making facilities. Group bookings can be catered for - enquire about special rates. There are two ground-floor rooms available for guests with disabilities. There is a comfortable guest lounge with a log fire. We offer good home cooking and a warm welcome is extended to all.

Rockhill is ideally situated for touring, walking, fishing, golf, birdwatching and for excellent cycling country.
