Gressingham duck breast, roast parsnip and fondant potato, green peppercorn sauce with apples and thyme

neck fillet of Cumbrian lamb braised in Burgundy wine, mash potato infused with garlic and rosemary cream, spiced red cabbage

leek and Loch Arthur cheese tart, warm potato salad with shallots, capers and parsley, braised fennel

loin of monkfish with tapenade stuffing and pancetta, reamed cauliflower and fondant potato
