Mill Cottage :

A particular feature of Mill Cottage is its spacious kitchen and dining room. The cottage was sympathetically converted in 2005 from an original stone building and provides comfortable accommodation for four people.

The Kitchen :
The kitchen is extensively equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.

The Living Room :
The wooden floor is complemented by a pine cabinet and television table.Seating consists of two settees and a chair.

The Bedrooms :
The two bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes and chests of drawers. One room has a double bed, and the other two single beds, thus providing accommodation for four.

The Bathrooms :
The bathroom has a bath and powerful shower. An electric shaving socket is provided

A full week is Saturday to Saturday. Part weeks available - ask for details.

The rent includes all bed linen, towels, electricity, and oil.

The rental is inclusive of VAT.

BOOK A FORTNIGHT AND GET 20 % OFF YOUR SECOND WEEK.

GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO VACATE THE ACCOMMODATION BEFORE 10 A.M. ENTRY FROM 4 P.M.
Intended late arrivals (after 6 pm) should notify us.

Terms of Let :

Deposit :
A non-returnable deposit of 25 % per week is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance (remaining price) is due not less than 28 days prior to your arrival. In the event of cancellation, every available effort will be made to re-let, but if a substitute tenant cannot be found your deposit will not be returned. However, the deposit is the limit of your liability. If you have paid for your holiday in full 75 % of the amount received will be refunded.

Should you have to cancel your holiday, you must telephone us first and follow this with a written confirmation by First Class mail.

Occupancy :
To allow us time to prepare the cottage to our high standard it is requested that you time your arrival to around 4 p.m. and vacate your accommodation by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Cleaning :
The cottage will be in a clean condition on your arrival and tenants are requested to leave it in like condition. The right is reserved to make a charge for additional cleaning if the property has not been left reasonably clean.

Pets :
No pets are allowed at Mill Cottage.

Owners' Liability :
No responsibility is accepted by the landlords for any accident or mishap to persons or property whilst on the premises, or whilst engaged in any activity therefrom, or any illness or injury arising from any cause whatever.

The booking is made on the understanding that the cottage will be placed at your disposal on the date stated. Should this not be possible through circumstances not under the control of the owner (e.g. fire, theft or damage) we cannot guarantee to provide alternative accommodation, in which case the booking deposit will be returned to you in full, but you will have no claim against the owner or agent.
